Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any website, application, or service provided by Stupers International Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including our corporate portal (stupersinternational.com) and our SaaS platforms such as eSellerOps (esellerops.com), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or Amazon merchant entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind that business entity to these contractual provisions.

Stupers International Inc. designs, engineers, and operates specialized process automation systems, internal operational tooling, and publicly accessible software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications:

• eSellerOps Application: An Amazon FBA operating system providing true-profit deterministic landed cost calculations, live Keepa market data metrics, supplier buy list CSV processing, and Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) account gating verifications.
• Custom & Syndicate Platforms: Bespoke workflow automation engines, AI-assisted triage dashboards, and API integration bridges developed under contract or joint venture agreements.

All software, source code, deterministic calculation algorithms, reverse sourcing cross-reference matrices, user interface designs, and documentation across Stupers International Inc. and eSellerOps are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Stupers International Inc.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and active subscription/service agreements, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and utilize the software workspace. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, sublicense, or distribute our proprietary systems.

Provided "As Is": All software platforms, live Keepa market data feeds, buy list analyzers, and profit calculators provided by Stupers International Inc. are decision-support tools provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

No Financial or Commercial Guarantee: While eSellerOps computes true deterministic landed costs and queries real-time Amazon Selling Partner API fee estimates, e-commerce market conditions, Buy Box dynamics, supplier inventory availability, and Amazon fee schedules can change rapidly. Stupers International Inc. does not guarantee profitability, sales velocity, or immunity from Amazon brand gating on any inventory purchased using our software. You assume full commercial responsibility for your purchasing and inventory decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Stupers International Inc., its officers, directors, employees, or joint venture partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, inventory losses, or business interruptions arising out of your use of our software.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Delaware.
